Classic Garage Builders in Scotland
Our Classic Range of Garages offers a wide variety of over 2000 combinations of style, size, colour and height. You can choose from many different wall finishes, fascias, doors and windows. The Roof can be chosen from our range including Flat Sloping Roofs, Pitched Roofs or Tiled/Slated Roofs.
Our unique manufacturing process allows us to have a tongue and groove detail at the tighter fitting joints between the concrete panels. This combined with thicker panels gives a stronger and more watertight construction than our competitors. This attention to detail and commitment to strength and quality is carried through all elements of the design, manufacture and construction of our Garages.

Triples and multiple widths are also available. Heights can be to suit a car, 4×4 or van. Lengths vary from 16’1″ (4.91m) up to 40’0″ (12.2m) and beyond.

The roof has an apex with a standard slope of 11° (up to 17½° by request). It will consist of plasticoated profiled galvanised steel roof sheets with an anti-condensation coating to the underside. The sheets are supported on heavy duty treated timber roof beams and heavy steel rafters or portal frames. The fascias and gables are usually white or dark brown low maintenance plasticoated galvanised steel. Gutters and downpipes are standard. If requested a variety of different colours of roof sheets are available.
The roof is traditionally built finished in one of a choice of thousands of combinations of colour, texture and shape of tile or slate on a traditional timber truss roof construction giving lots of extra storage space in the garage loft area. The fascias on the garage can be finished in high quality treated timber or you may choose to have one of a range of maintenance free fascias including white uPVC, dark rosewood finished uPVC or light golden oak finished uPVC. Every effort in the design of this garage is made to attempt to match the finishes on your house wherever practical. A range of colours and shapes of PVC gutter are available including white, black, brown, half round, deep flow and square.
The roof slopes at least 8″ (200mm) to the rear and has heavy duty non-asbestos sheets on galvanised steel purlins, a gutter and downpipe are standard and a choice of fascia: treated red pine, white or brown Maintenance Free Plastisol. Plastisol roof sheeting with an anti-condensation coating is also available as an alternative.
